The White House in July

For the past three years, former Chicago Tribune photographer Pete Souza has served as chief White House photographer. He and his staff have mostly unfettered access, allowing them to document the Obama presidency, getting photographs that the Washington press corps cannot. Here are some of the moments the White House photographers caught in July.
