Forty percent of the economic enterprise of Arkansas is farming. The concerns of the South, [where farmers] do a lot of irrigation, is price. Maybe something goes on geopolitically or whatever. You worry about price drops, you worry about the price of diesel. So you need a safety net to protect the price, as opposed to maybe the Midwest where they don’t irrigate, and then you’re concerned about bugs [destroying crops], you’re concerned about drought.
