Allen Says Google Should `Move Forward' With ITA Deal

April 5 (Bloomberg) -- Ken Allen, a portfolio manager at T. Rowe Price Group Inc., talks about the outlook for Google Inc.'s planned acquisition of ITA Software Inc. in light of potential antitrust scrutiny. Google dominance of the Internet-search industry is being considered for a broad antitrust investigation by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, two people familiar with the matter said. Allen, speaking with Deirdre Bolton and Erik Schatzker on Bloomberg Television's "InsideTrack," also discusses Texas Instruments Inc.'s agreement to purchase National Semiconductor Corp.
