Harris Doubts `Real Growth' in U.S. Housing Until 2013

September 26, 2011 4:01 PM EDT Sept. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Ethan Harris, head of developed-markets economic research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, talks about the outlook for the U.S. housing market. Purchases of new houses in the U.S. declined in August to a six-month low as the biggest drop in prices in two years failed to lure buyers away from even less expensive distressed properties. Harris speaks with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line." (Source: Bloomberg) (Bloomberg)
