Zoellick Says Price Controls Won't Halt Food Price Rise

April 14 (Bloomberg) -- World Bank President Robert Zoellick talks about the bank's strategy to combat rising food prices. The World Bank's food-price index was 36 percent higher than a year ago in the first quarter, the bank said today. Zoellick speaks with Margaret Brennan on Bloomberg Television's "InBusiness."
