Rand Paul: My support for Civil Rights Act has ‘never wavered’

Despite suggesting in 2010 that private businesses should not be forced to adhere to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said on Wednesday at Howard University that he has "never wavered" in his support for that law, explaining that he only questioned whether preventing discrimination "should come under federal, or state, or private purview."
