George Mason roster, schedule

What we know: The Patriots led the CAA in scoring last season (70.4) and, with a variety of offensive options, are likely to do so again.

What we don’t know: Bryon Allen and Corey Edwards had their ups and downs running the offense last season. Who can Hewitt count on during crunch time?

Prediction: Drexel, which won 29 games last season and returned several key players, is the clear CAA favorite. The Patriots will need to knock off a major opponent or two to raise their at-large portfolio.
