West Springfield is a favorite in the region as they return All-Met guard Robinson, a Duquesne commit who averaged 15 points per game last season. Second team All-Met Battle, a Georgetown commit who averaged 12.8 points per game, also returns, as does sophomore Amy Berglund and Jordan Miller, rounding out the top four scorers from last season. . . .
T.C. Williams will be led by Moss, who averaged 11 points per game last season and will take on more of an offensive role this season. “She can shoot it,” Oakton Coach Fred Priester said. . . . W.T. Woodson junior Finnerty averaged 19.5 points last season, and the Cavaliers return three of their other five leading scorers. . . . Annandale’s Beathea will play for Southern Connecticut State.
