League should be as competitive as ever, with the top teams returning most of their players. Sidwell features the backcourt trio of Lewis (Penn), Hart (several scholarship offers) and junior Matt Hillman, who all averaged in double figures last season.. . . Potomac School has one of the region’s top scorers in Hamilton; the Holy Cross recruit had 41 points and 10 rebounds in the Panthers’ season opener.. . .

Flint Hill brings back its top four scorers, led by Berchie, who averaged 12.3 points.. . . Maret also brings back nearly its entire lineup, led by sophomore G Drake Goddard, and added G Marlon Beck, who transferred from Good Counsel. . . .
