Hydroplanes return to Washington

Sep. 24, 2011 - For the first time in more than 30 years, hydroplanes returned to the Potomac River. Four H1 Unlimited Hydroplanes sped through a course in the National Harbor on Friday, where the Air National Guard Hydroplane Series hopes to host a race in 2012.
