About 250 guests attended Carla Labat’s birthday celebration at Ozio’s rootftop bar. Among those in attendance was singer and Greenbelt, Md. native Kenny Lattimore. He stars this month in a production of “What Ever Happened to Black Love” at Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, Md.
