Professional organization for women only that provides opportunities in new media to teach, learn, and network in the DC area. There are monthly meetings with catered desserts and drinks, two skill-building workshops per month, and informal lunch meetings that allow DCWW members in the area to network. DCWW hosts "Take Our Kids to the Web" bi-annual events in April and September. It's a workshop that teaches kids how to make a Web page. The listserv for members posts events, job opportunities, and other related topics. Members can also trade tips and advice with other members.
