Performs system analysis, design, development, test and evaluation activities, ensures the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, safety, survivability, human and other requirements in the total engineering effort. Formulates operational concept, performs mission and functional analyses, conducts requirements and information analysis, cost-benefit analysis, system trade studies, and risk analysis. Selects system architecture, allocates requirements and prepares specifications.

All applicants are required sit for and obtain a TS/SCI security clearance with full scope (lifestyle) polygraph.

Requires Bachelor's degree.

Requires minimum 7 years experience (minimum 4 years experience with a Master's degree, or 2 years experience with a PhD).
Requires minimum 4 years of Java and J2EE experience.
Requires minimum 4 years of HTML, XML, and javascript experience.
Requires minimum 4 years of experience with web graphics software, such as DreamWeaver.
Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino strongly desired.
Experience with Oracle desired.
Experience with CSS desired.

As a member of a large team, this individual is responsible for software and systems engineering tasks supporting a suite of financial systems. The work will include O&M and new development tasks for several enterprise-wide systems that incorporate workflow and approval processes for financial vouchers. The systems utilize some or all of the following: Lotus Notes/Domino, Oracle, Java, XML, web, and J2EE technologies.
Candidate must posses strong leadership skills and be capable of mentoring other software/system developers.
