Along with competitive salaries, our benefits package includes paid time off, tuition reimbursement for education and training, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) deferred savings plan with SRA contributions, employee stock purchase program and incentive and bonus programs. Free parking, a $75 public transportation allowance for those who qualify, and company-sponsored events and sports.
Paid Leave
Employees accrue personal leave per year, personal holidays and for family or personal illness. Unused leave is cumulative.
Tuition Assistance program
We pay for job-related college courses, with reimbursement based on grades. SRA also covers books and academic fees.
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
We provide health care and dental insurance through a Preferred Provider Network. This lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit. Preventive care includes annual physicals and well-baby check-ups. Our prescription coverage lets you purchase generic prescription drugs for $10 and brand names for $15. You can also order long-term prescriptions through the mail. Additionally, SRA offers a vision PPO with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses. For our retired military population, SRA provides a TRICARE Supplement benefit in lieu of the medical PPO. SRA will even reimburse the TRICARE Prime annual enrollment fee to eligible employees. SRA also offers an employee assistance program and administers a flexible spending account that pays for uninsured health expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Other Insurance
SRA offers free disability and life insurance, as well as business travel accident insurance.
Retirement Savings
SRA encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their income to a 401(k) plan, including mutual funds managed by Fidelity Investments. SRA pays all administrative costs. Company contributions to an employee’s 401(k) account are subject to a three-year graded vesting schedule.
Training
We provide quality training programs throughout our employees’ career development. Using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies, we help employees refine their skills, grow their knowledge and support the goals of SRA and its customers.

What's life like at SRA?
We know that ultimately, employees want to enjoy what they do, make meaningful contributions, receive fair compensation and have the opportunity to grow. We work hard to make that happen. It’s why we’ve been recognized by FORTUNE Magazine as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work for” for nine consecutive years.
What does SRA do to give back to the community?
Along with the important work we do globally, SRA promotes social and environmental consciousness at home. Employees can participate in diverse community causes through SRA CARES, our Community Action, Responsibility, Education and Services (CARES) Committee. We also encourage environmental responsibility through Go Green, a corporate-wide campaign to reduce SRA’s environmental footprint.
What's in store for SRA?
Our goal is to grow from a billion dollar company to a $5 billion company in five years. We’ll need people with creative minds, positive energy and sharp intellect to help us get there. If you’d like to talk with us about the journey, take a look at our career opportunities and apply. From our first conversation, we think you’ll quickly see why SRA has been named one of FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” for nine consecutive years.
