Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI will develop webMethods based integrations between Momentum, a COTS financial management system from CGI for Defense and Federal agencies, and various application systems in use at a large Federal agency within the U.S. Government. The effort will replace the agency's legacy mainframe based Federal Financial System (FFS) with a COTS based integrated financial management system to standardize financial business processes, consolidate reporting and management functions and modernize the information technology environment. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment to help design and implement these integrations/interfaces.
Responsibilities include:
  • Analyze, Design, Document, and test integration requirements.
  • Work with the client to ensure requirements are accurately defined and documented in integration requirements documents.
  • Work with the interface/integration staff to facilitate the design and development of the integrations.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the software meets the requirements.
  • Develop user documentation and provide training on software requirements.
  • Support client acceptance testing prior to deployment into production environment.
  • Provide post implementation support to client once software is deployed to user community.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a group of junior and mid-level analysts - manage their task assignments so that their activities are completed as required by the overall project schedule.
  • Mentor and train junior staff by sharing best practices and lessons learned from past implementation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field) or equivalent andfive to seven years of related experience.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing integration software requirements and testing.
  • Knowledge of government financial management processes and systems.
  • Experience with the Momentum Financials COTS product or FFS is a strong plus.
