Job Description	General Dynamics Information Technology is a top-tier IT integrator that provides information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal civil and commercial sectors. Develop software tools that support biomedical research by transitioning proof of concept software prototypes to production quality systems for research applications, including developing graphical user interfaces and databases. Develop HPC pipeline systems using high-end computing clusters. Support the day-to-day IT infrastructure of the BHSAI as needed; such as Website maintenance and IT support to scientists and managerial staff. Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 2-5 years experience. Knowledge of servelets, CGI, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Java applets, GNU tools, databases, and High Performance Computing (HPC). Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Local Area Networks, MS Exchange based mail servers, DNS servers and CISCO firewalls.
