Description
Provide project management including identifying, tracking and reporting of their contract activities (e.g. tasks, milestones, personnel resources, and costs) associated with this SOW. Develop an operational CONOP and requirements (or equivalent) including TPED operations, technical concepts, products and information, data and information flow, organizations, and performance. Identify the NSG system and technical architecture and data model (or equivalent) on which to implement the desired capabilities. Identify associated risks and issues. Address FY 2011 through at least FY2017 in the project plan, CONOP and requirements, architecture, funding and risk activities above. Support the development of associated RFCs. Attend and participate (e.g. by providing briefings) in necessary boards and forums (e.g. NSET, NERB, SYSERB, AWG, SMG) in order to gather information, provide information, and/or obtain guidance and concurrence. Work actions from boards and forums. Identify (at minimum) and modify NSG legacy/heritage architectural documents (e.g. EE and GS deliverables) that require updating. Examples of documents include the NRAI, EA, OV, TV, SV, ECDM, and Enterprise Architecture. Address concepts and content of relevant documents (e.g. the Enterprise Architecture, AGI Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP), NSG Statement of Strategic Intent) in all activities above. Coordinate, conduct, and/or participate in TEMs with necessary organizations (internal and external to NGA) to gather information to support activities above. Examples of organizations include NGA/P/S/A/I/E/OG, mission partners, Military Commands and Services. Must have TS/SCI. Current knowledge of and experience in multi-discipline GEOINT TPED terminology, technology, products and operational processes, the NSG systems and technical architecture, NGA engineering processes (e.g. RFC) and forums (e.g. NCAT, NRAT, SysERB, SMG/BMG), and the NGA/commands/services organizations. Knowledge of operational and tactical ISR architectures. System Engineering background. Experience with supporting military operations. requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 16-18 years of related experience. CONOPS and Requirements Development Experience and knowledge of DoDAF, desired.
