Description
Key Role:
Lead a team charged with the development of an enhanced instructor qualification course to meet operational requirements. Analyze the current and future state of intelligence instructor training and capabilities in the client location. Identify key intelligence skill sets, instructor requirements and expectations, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and process and actions to be exercised by each client unit. Provide captured analysis to enable the client to develop a strategy and enhanced instructor qualification course. Develop or refine an implementation plan that shall identify key milestones and measures of effectiveness. Coordinate with the client on intelligence training programs, simulation, the development of new instructor techniques, and concepts into the training system in order to enhance instructor skill sets and improve the overall training system. Facilitate the test and review of potential solutions to training deficiencies, identify solutions, and present validated solutions to those deficiencies.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with working in Air Force intelligence
-Experience with Distributed Common Ground System-Air Force (DCGS-AF) operations and functions
-Active TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Air Force instructor training systems, processes, and syllabi
-Experience with Military Air Force intelligence
-Experience with training and planning
-Experience in working with training program development and syllabi support and instructor qualifications, skill sets, and requirements
-Ability to effectively work within a team
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
