We are looking for an Event Technical Lead with a SECRETlevel security clearance or the ability to obtain one. ManTech SRS Technologies is seeking a candidate who can plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering services in support of Joint Experimentation events. You will establish and lead a matrix integration team responsible for coordination with USJFCOM experimentation event planners resulting in the development of a detailed technical architecture. You will identify and recommend software and hardware requirements; lead the development of solutions to complex system architecture design requirements; and coordinate the design and build of network systems in support of DoD experiments and exercises. Lastly, you will coordinate with both multi-national and coalition partners in experiments and exercises. YOU MUST HAVE: 1. Project management experience 2. Previous experience as a system engineer or manager in a technical environment 3. Ability to translate operational requirements into a technical solution in a management position 4. Excellent written and oral skills 5. The ability to operate in a team environment 6. The ability to handle stressful situations 7. The ability to be a Self-Motivator 8. SECRET level security clearance or the ability to obtain one. EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO MANDATORY: 1. Hands-on technical expertise in one of the following areas: C4I, networks, collaboration applications, modeling and simulation 2.
