Support all IA requirements for medical equipment installation and acceptance testing. Process medical systems/devices through the DoD certification and accreditation process oImplement and enforce system level IA controls in accordance with program & policy guidance oEstablish & maintain baseline system certifications oRequests, gathers and formalizes inputs to various DIACAP/CoN-required documentation from other organizations (i.e., program management offices, system management offices, system administrators, functional managers, etc.) to fully complete all DIACAP requirements, including Authorization to Operate (ATO) and an Authorization to Connect (ATC) oEnsure appropriate operational IA posture is maintained oEnsure compliance with IA Control Guidance oCollaborate with Certifying Authorities Provide Technical and Administrative IA support to system users / Army Medical Command hospitals, as well as medical equipment vendors Tracks and updates all IA reporting requirements and provides status of all systems under ICS responsibility Monitor Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGS), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and IA publications to ensure timely execution of IA compliance updates Review accreditation, training, and certification requirements to ensure IA compliancy Completes data requirements for FISMA reporting to Army MEDCOM Ensure IA activities are documented and reported as required Ensure IA baseline is accurately documented in the Army Asset and Vulnerability Tracking Resource (A&VTR) system Provides classified data retrieval and reporting for all IA requirements Process IA reports requiring SECRET clearance Report and follow up on any suspected or known security incidents Requires BS/BA degree. Requires 2-5 years experience. |
