Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Principal in CACI's growing Business System Solutions (BSS) organization the desired candidate will provide dynamic program leadership within CACI's Oracle Business Applications practice supporting a key Department of Defense Federal Financial Management project.
  • As CACI's key client facing representative, sponsors a collaborative team environment which promotes staff, sub-contractor, and client partnerships to meet common goals and shared program objectives.
  • As an experienced relationship manager, advances a business model that endorses the highest level of professional ethics and client affiliations built with trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
  • As a recognized senior business applications expert, optimizes client business systems and cross functional application solutions to meet challenging business, interoperability, and deployment requirements.
  • As a proven self-motivated leader, manages project teams of 10-30 resources across all phases of the project life cycle with a core focus on business process re-engineering, change management, and implementation related activities.
  • As a results driven manager and team builder, oversees assigned personnel, provides work guidance to less experienced staff, and supplies direction with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives.
  • As a key client resource, works collaboratively with agency senior management to develop and implement master project plans and risk mitigation plans, often in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • As an accomplished implementation manager, provides input to continuously improve the client's repeatable implementation methodology.
Required Qualifications:
  • Senior level business transformation professional with demonstrated track record implementing multiple successful Oracle ERP enabled projects with departmental or agency level scope and complexity in a Federal environment (DoD strongly preferred).
  • Deep Federal Financial Management domain knowledge with full life-cycle implementation experience across the spectrum of Oracle 11i modules including Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, and/or Time and Labor business areas.
  • 10-12 years experience managing large, complex projects utilizing a cross-functional team to accomplish stated transformation objectives including business requirements analysis, process re-engineering, data conversion and migration, change management and workforce readiness, training and curriculum development, deployment planning, and end-user support.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective and collaborative teams with diverse constituents including staff, sub-contractors, other contractors, and government personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and project direction at the executive level with a collaborative goal-oriented posture.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with a focus on delivering executive level presentations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and exposure to multiple project management methodologies and tools.
  • Current Secret Clearance or ability to attain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field. and 12-15 years of related experience. A masters degree in systems engineering or business management is a plus but not required
Desired Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is strongly desired.
