Our highly prestigious law firm client is searching for a BlackBerry Technician to support the day-to-day hardware and software functions for end users of the firm.  This position is customer-service oriented and requires expert knowledge of BlackBerry devices in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues.  The technician will prepare, install and deliver BlackBerry devices to attorneys and answer questions reqarding usage and problems.  The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a desktop PC maintenance position, with at least 1 year of BlackBerry service experience.  Excellent communication skills required.  Testing for the position includes proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows XP.  Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm.
