General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking information technology specialists knowledgeable in workflow, paperless applications, the development and use of electronic forms, electronic signatures and automated reporting systems. The position will require skills in the following areas: Recommend and prepare workflow designs and related electronic forms for basic application functionality and integration. Provide ongoing support services to internal customers ensuring continuing business benefit and optimal use of system. Supports all aspects of application initiatives from application scope definition through requirements analysis, functional and technical design, product configuration, QA, UAT and production deployment to ensure delivery of the requested functionality. Provides formal training and post-production support to customer staff at the application level in order to enable maximum use of functionality. Proactively develops customer relationships by listening, understanding and anticipating needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous alignment with the customer's business needs. Develops new insights into situations and applies creative and innovative solutions to make application improvements and satisfy desired results. Makes and keeps commitments; meets schedules and deadlines and completes assignments, projects and goals within the allotted timeframe Customer service oriented, results oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others and lead others through change Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience. FormFlow99, Puredge, Silanis ApproveIT experience desired Keyflow, Lexign WebWorkflow , Flowmetrix Reporting experience preferred SQL Server, IIS, ASP.net, Visual Basic, XML, Scripting and Javascript experience desired 3-5 years experience in delivery of Business Solutions, Business Analysis, or Software Development. Web based electronic form design experience required General skills required in integrating different technologies together to achieve solutions Must have exceptional working knowledge of software applications, software development life cycle, and computer code/programming languages Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously Knowledge of Army environment and systems is desired |
