| | | | Job ID: NCS112142 | | | Description: | JADOCS program seeks a Systems Engineer to assist in the identification and qualification of new operational capabilities. Candidates should be familiar with requirements management, and the various artifacts used to present same for review, such as UseCases, CONOPS, scenarios, etc. Candidates will work with the Customer, Software, Test, Documentation and Subject Matter Experts. During the development, implementation, verification and validation of the new capabilities, the SE will serve as the internal customer, participating in all reviews, inspections and testing. JADOCS program provides the US and FMS warfighter with timely, accurate, detailed battlespace view for planning, coordination, and execution of targets. It is a joint mission management software application that provides a suite of tools and interfaces for horizontal and vertical integration across battlespace functional areas. Key integration functions within JADOCS are Counterfire Common Operational Picture (CF-COP), Joint Battlespace Management, Coalition Coordination and Integration, Air Interdiction (AI) Planning and Execution, Fire Support Coordination Measures (FSCM) Analysis, and Battlespace visualization. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED Required Qualifications: Candidates are required to have a working knowledge of the following:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.6 plus years of systems engineering experience, including system/software requirements specification, system/software design and development, and system/software test development and execution CMMI, 6-Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Experience developing software requirements documentation, software test plans, and software test procedures.Experience supporting the testing of deliverable software, the integration and test of that software at customer site(s)Experience supporting the capture and reporting back to of issues/problems with software.Experience with discrepancy, configuration and versioning tracking applications, such as SVN, CVS, JIRA, etc. Experience with requirements tracking applications, such as DOORSAbility to obtain a Secret level DOD clearance Desired Qualifications: Working knowledge of a relational database, such as Oracle, SQLServer or MySQL.Operational experience with any of the following: Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI),Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS),All-Source Analysis System (ASAS)/ASAS-Light,Common Ground Station (CGS),Cursor on Target (CoT),Data Dissemination Service (DDS),Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Intelligence and imagery servers (Intelligence Operating System Version 2 [IOSV2],Image Product Library [IPL])Joint Environmental Toolkit (JET)Joint Weather Impact System (JWIS), Joint Services Workstation/Common Ground Station (JSWS/CGS), Naval Fire Control System (NFCS), Publish and Subscribe Service (PASS)Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS), Track Management System (TMS),Modernized Integrated Database - Web Services (MIDB-WS)TCIM Driver Instructions
