Web Developer/Graphics Artist, Mid - (Job Number: 01082286)

Description
Key Role:
Provide multimedia support for high-profile government clients. Create graphics, animations, videos, and Web interfaces for Web portals, e-learning, and marketing and communications products. Conduct research and create prototypes of Web portals and e-learning products. Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts. Create interactive or animated graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D Studio Max, and simulation tools, including Captivate and Camtasia. Collaborate and communicate with other developers, instructional designers, and graphics artists. This position is located in Linthicum, MD.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with developing user interface designs, Web-based training, and other multimedia products
-3+ years of experience with graphics design packages, including Adobe Creative Suite's Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D Studio Max
-Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with using simulation tools, including Captivate and Camtasia preferred
-Experience with federal government and commercial consulting
-Experience with content management systems a plus
-Knowledge of the intelligence community a plus
-Ability to be a creative self-starter and work independently
-Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in an organization

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
