Professional, customer service oriented individual needed for commercial real estate property in Downtown DC, near Metro Center. 5-10 years HVAC experience required. Applicant must possess a CFC Universal certification and HVAC certification, a great positive attitude, and be available to work nights and weekends as needed. A stable work history and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is also required. Position will consist of trouble shooting, preventative maintenance and replacement of HVAC components, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and an understanding of EMS operation.
