Job Description

The position will be responsible for providing development and analytical support to the Director of Mission Assurance on change management and quality process optimization activities.
Support functions will include, but not be limited to,
Conducting operational reviews of corporate functional processes and defined customer practices,
Responsible for end-to-end process cycle design,
Development of procedural documentation,
Participate in workflow analysis and gap assessment activities,
General administrative tasks associated with process reviews and business quality engineering initiatives.
