Internet Manager
Downtown medical/scientific association seeks a technical professional to manage its websites, www.aacc.org, www.abclinchem, and www.comacc.org, The position is responsible determining appropriate internet applications for each project, serves as staff contact for internet liaison appointed by each local section and division, participates in employee web site training, works with the Application Development Manager to produce an integrated member driven website, and evaluates external vendors for special marketing campaigns or specific design projects. Some travel required.
Qualified candidates will have BA/BS in Information Systems, and 4 to 6 years experience designing websites that encompass eCommerce, graphical design, blogs, social media, the use of WSS, CSS, web-services, SQL and .net, a thorough working knowledge of Flash, SharePoint, HTML, Photoshop, and web based animation applications and web security is required. Work in or study of graphic design essential to success. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
