Position Summary:
The Network Operations and Information Solutions (NetOps & IS) Department at Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team .The SE will serve a role in shaping and executing systems integration process. This senior engineering position will assist in the development and execution of SOW, BOW, BOM, Test Plans, Trade Studies and various SE products that serve Raytheon’s customers.

Required Experience & Skills:
4-6 years of experience relevant to:
n Requirements Development & DOORS experience
n Performance Analysis
n Statement of Work (SOW) development
n Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
n Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
n Build of Materials (BOM) development
n Test Plan and Test Case development
n Use Case development
n Trade Studies and Analysis
n Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V)
n A demonstrated ability to act independently and creatively.
n Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with co-workers, suppliers, management, and customers in a team environment.
n Group management skills, leadership skills, and strong communication skills.
n Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.
n Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and present comprehensive technical briefing.

Desired Experience & Skills:
n Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD)
n Network communications knowledge
n Experience with Multi-Level / Guard and cross enclave security technologies

Required Education :
n Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
