Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT, Inc.), a growing government contractor, is seeking entry level Electrical / Software Engineers for our contract at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
The candidate will provide engineering support with opportunities in multiple disciplines of the development lifecycle including systems engineering, software engineering, hardware and RF engineering and integration and testing. Under the guidance of senior engineers, the candidate will support activities related to one or more of these disciplines and will conduct planning, trade studies and analyses to achieve project goals and milestones. Project schedule drivers include readiness to support Constellation pre-launch testing and other NASA scientific missions including Radiation Belt Storm Probe (RBSP) and Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM). The focus of the development is the ground system that supports the NASA Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) and Space Network (SN). The functions to performed by the ground system include data services management, signal processing, data processing, monitor and control and data delivery.
