	Qualifications
	a. Nursing experience preferred. b. Bachelors degree preferred. c. Joint Commission project management experience in the clinical healthcare setting. d. Teamwork experience working cross-functionally throughout multiple disciplines e. Strong knowledge of clinical operations. f. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead others g. Excellent organizational skills as demonstrated by prioritization and multitasking h. Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills. i. Prefer having a strong regulatory focus / background. i. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Groupwise)
	Responsibilities
	1.Develop positive working relationship with the medical staff 2Conduct and prepare Joint Commission (JC) accreditation readiness activities and function as survey coordinator during surveys * Support regulatory compliance (State and Federal). 3. Collaborate effectively, efficiently and appropriately with Medical Staff Leadership and other hospital departments. 4.Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and AHC Organizational Integrity policies at all times. 5.Collaborate with infection control and risk management as needed. 6.Effectively lead projects and project teams to ensure timely, fiscally sound, quality improved projects. 7. Maintain computer proficiency with applicable hardware and software. 8.Prepare routine/ad hoc reports as indicated. 9.Support development of grants as opportunities arise.
