Bomb blast strikes top aides to Assad

The Free Syrian Army said it planted bombs in the National Security Building in Damascus where the government’s central command for crisis management, a group of about a dozen top security chiefs, was to meet about the 16-month-old uprising. Among the officials killed or injured:
