Ukrainians attend a mass meeting on Independence Square in Kiev. Ukrainian protest leaders nominated Arseniy Yatsenyuk, a leading lawmaker for Yulia Tymoshenko’s Fatherland Party, as the country’s interim prime minister. Yatsenyuk was presented from the stage on Kiev’s Independence Square, together with other proposed Cabinet members.
