A fun park opened recently in Dawr, Iraq, not far from the farm where Saddam Hussein was captured in 2003. Residents recalled how the town's shops stayed closed during years of fighting after the U.S.-led invasion. But now, with the last U.S. troops gone, the town is coming back to life.
