Nickel Plate Road No. 765, a 404-ton Berkshire steam locomotive, rambles across the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh as it makes its way through southwestern Pennsylvania on its way to Altoona, Pa. The locomotive, based in Fort Wayne, Ind., is traveling through the area for an event to carry Norfolk Southern employees and then for public trips around the bend between Lewistown and Gallitzin, Pa.
