Queen Elizabeth II’s jolly old time

A star-studded concert caps Britain’s celebration of the queen’s 60th anniversary on the throne. In other events, the monarch led a flotilla down the Thames and visited the Epsom racecourse for the running of the Derby. Britons everywhere partied, too.
