Hundreds of thousands of people in Japan are warned to leave their homes as Typhoon Roke brings heavy rain and fears of landslides and flash flooding.
Overflow water caused by heavy rain flows into a tank at the Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel in Kusakabe, north of Tokyo.
