Responsibilities include: selling advertising over the telephone, assisting in the development and upgrade of accounts, solving customers issues and responding to their needs. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while providing superior customer service. Successful candidates will possess a professional demeanor, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated and able to take initiative with projects. Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing environment is strongly preferred. Necessary skills include: strong computer skills using Windows, excellent spelling and grammar and the ability to type 40 wpm. We have several part-time positions available offering approximately 30 hours per week with a starting salary of $15.00 or more per hour plus monthly sales incentives.

The responsibilities include providing support for advertisers and sales representatives, setting up new accounts and making basic credit decisions as well as responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will possess a professional demeanor, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer problem resolution skills, ability to handle multiple demands while maintaining attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to take initiative with projects. Necessary skills include strong computer skills in a Windows environment, excellent telephone manner and the ability to type 40 wpm. Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment is preferred. We offer both part-time and full-time positions
