Interested buyers will click your property to see:  | Property Information displays the basic criteria demanded by buyers. Be sure to fill out all the fields you can in this section. |  | Open House displays the dates, times and comments you set in Step 3. After your open house passes, it is automatically removed from your listing. |  | Property Description allows you to describe your property in your own words. Make sure to prioritize your comments in case buyers do not read the whole description. |  | Property Features display as "bulleted" text. This allows you to highlight critical features and/or room dimensions in an easy-to-read fashion. |  | Contact Information provides prospective buyers with the information most convenient for you. Entering a website will make your name appear as a link. When clicked, the "E-Mail Me" link takes shoppers to another page, where they complete a brief interest survey. The results are e-mailed to your Lead E-Mail. For privacy, your e-mail address is never shown to shoppers, and entering a phone number is optional. | |
