| The ultimate superhero is back. Superman: The Movie, one of the most treasured and successful films in the history of cinema will be available for the first time on DVD May 1, 2001. This classic, award-winning film, directed by Richard Donner, launched the career of Christopher Reeve and includes an all-star cast including Marlon Brando, Gene Hackman and Margot Kidder among others.

- Music only audio track in Dolby 5.1 sound that showcases John Williams' magical musical score
- Web-enabled ROM features that include Storyboard to Screen, which shows a storyboard and its corresponding scene simultaneously
- Original theatrical trailers and TV spots
All four Superman movies are rated PG.
