On Sunday, October 8, 2000, thousands of caring individuals will take a few steps that could save lives all over the world. The first annual WebMD Rock 'n Race to Fight Colon Cancer, presented by Aetna U.S. Healthcare, will take place in the nation's capital. This 5K (3.1 mile) walk, presented by the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and The Washington Post, will be followed by a live concert on The Mall featuring Paul Simon.
