Results: Primary elections, Maryland

Last updated on June 26, 2014

The race to replace Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley after eight years in office drew three major Democratic candidates and four Republicans. These maps show which candidate won each party's nomination, and which parts of the state gave the candidates their strongest support. Registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans in Maryland by more than 2-to-1, so the winner of the Democratic primary will be heavily favored over the Republican nominee in November. Polls close at 8 p.m. ET. See national election results.
