More Trade Center Work

Buchanan Partners has broken ground on three more buildings totaling 175,000 square feet, including mezzanine space, at Dulles Trade Center. Its first three buildings, totaling 228,000 square feet, are almost sold out; one unit remains available.

The three new structures will incorporate "green" building features, including skylights and the use of slag cement, which contains a byproduct of steel production usually discarded in landfills.
