Something I've tried and never will do again: "Dine on elephant heart. Working as a New York Times foreign correspondent, I covered a patrol in Zambia that captured poachers, ivory tusks, rhino horns and game meat. In Africa good meat does not go to waste. Giving me the heart was intended as an honor."
People don't know I: "Used to be a member of Malcolm Forbes's Capitalist Tools motorcycle gang. I rode with him in such exotic locales as China, Pakistan and New Jersey. I also practice yoga."
