22 -- "Meet the Fockers" features Barbra Streisand in her first comic role since "For Pete's Sake" 30 years ago (sorry, "The Main Event" doesn't count, although "The Mirror Has Two Faces" might) in Jay Roach's sequel to the 2000 comic hit "Meet the Parents."

24 -- "Proof," John Madden's adaptation of the hit Broadway play, stars Gwyneth Paltrow as a daughter who comes to grips with her relationship with her math professor father (Anthony Hopkins) while helping him during the final stage of his life.
25 -- "Fat Albert" is Joel Zwick's live- action adaptation of the animated series that featured the voice of Bill Cosby; Kenan Thompson (Nickelodeon's "Kenan & Kel") stars.
25 -- "Hotel Rwanda" stars Don Cheadle ("Boogie Nights") as a man who seeks to save the lives of his family and thousands of other refugees during the 1994 massacres, in which nearly a million
people were slaughtered. Co-starring

25 -- "The Phantom of the Opera" is Joel Schumacher's adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, itself an adaptation of the Gaston Leroux novel. Gerard Butler stars as the title character, a disfigured musician who falls in love with a beautiful singer.

TBA -- "The Assassination of Richard Nixon" stars Sean Penn in the role of Samuel Bicke, a disgruntled businessman who in 1974 channeled his rage through a bizarre plot. With Naomi Watts.
TBA -- "The Best of Youth" features Luigi Lo Cascio and Alessio Boni as brothers whose lives growing up in Rome between 1966 and 2000 parallel world events.
TBA -- "Bride and Prejudice" is a Bollywood version of the classic Jane Austen novel, directed by Gurinder Chadha ("Bend it Like Beckham").
TBA -- "Les Choristes," by French filmmaker Christopher Barratier, tells the story of a music teacher who tries to bring cheer to the lives of students at a strict boarding school.
TBA -- "The Underclassman" features Shawn Ashmore as a detective who goes undercover at a posh private school in order to crack an international ring of car thieves.
14 -- "Coach Carter" stars Samuel L. Jackson as the real-life high school football coach who benched his undefeated 1999 team when they turned in poor academic performances.
14 -- "Bad Education" is Spanish director Pedro Almodovar's examination of Franco-era Catholic schools and their effect on two friends, played by Gael Garcia Bernal ("Y Tu Mama Tambien") and Fele Martinez.
14 -- "Elektra" finds Jennifer Garner reprising her role in last year's "Daredevil." After recovering from the wounds she suffered in that film, Elektra becomes the world's most dangerous assassin, who is immediately sent to kill a widower played by Goran Visnjic.
14 -- "Racing Stripes" is an animated family film about an orphaned zebra (voiced by Frankie Muniz) who thinks he's a racehorse, and who, with the help of a young girl (Hayden Panettiere), achieves his dream of running with the thoroughbreds.
14 -- "Synergy," a comedy from Paul and Chris Weitz ("American Pie," "About a Boy"), stars Dennis Quaid as 50-year-old businessman Dan Foreman, whose new boss (Topher Grace), is not only a prodigy half his age but has the hots for Foreman's daughter (Scarlett Johansson).
28 -- "Are We There Yet?" features Nia Long and Ice Cube in a romantic comedy about a couple whose romance is almost nipped in the bud by a road trip with the woman's rambunctious kids.
