Patrick Amegashie, Potomac, Sr. -- One of the area's best hurdlers helped lead the Panthers to the Cedar Run District title, winning the 55 hurdles and finishing third in the 300 meters.

Josh Boyd, Gar-Field, Sr. -- Repeat All-Extra finished eighth in the 55-meter hurdles at the Virginia AAA meet to earn all-state honors. At the Cardinal District meet, he won the 55 hurdles and was third in the triple jump.

Anthony Bratton, Osbourn Park, Jr. -- All-Extra football first-teamer in the fall won the triple jump and finished second in the long jump and 55-meter dash at the Cedar Run District meet.

Pat Eggleston, Brentsville, Sr. -- Repeat All-Extra was a double winner at the AA Region II meet, winning the 1,600 and 3,200 meters. Finished third in AA in the 3,200 meters.

Jamar Enalls, Gar-Field, Sr. -- Played a key role in the Indians' Cardinal District championship, winning the 55 dash, finishing second in the 300 and capturing third in the high jump. Will compete in football and track at Concord (W.Va.) College.

Nick Gehlsen, Brentsville, Jr. -- Captured fourth in Virginia AA and in Region II in the 1,600 meters. Region runner-up in the 3,200.

Bryce Iverson, Forest Park, Sr. -- Three-time indoor track All-Extra swept the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs at the Cardinal District meet, and finished 11th in AAA in the 1,600 meters. Will compete at Clemson.
