Suitland at Broadneck
What: Maryland 4A semifinal.
When: Tomorrow, 7 p.m.

Suitland defenders, here stopping C.H. Flowers running back Brandon McRae, will need to do the same to Brandon Johnson if they hope to beat Broadneck.

Records: Rams 11-1, Bruins 11-1.
What to watch: Prince George's teams have won five consecutive playoff games against Anne Arundel County opponents, including Potomac's 45-0 victory over Southern two weeks ago. However, this game should be a close one. Suitland is not an explosive offensive team, but does enough things right. Broadneck should not be rattled if the game is close; the Bruins rallied from a late deficit before beating Old Mill, 27-24, in double overtime in the East Region final.
Who to watch: Suitland RB-LB Navorro Bowman can dominate a game on both sides. After playing sparingly on offense most of the season, expect him to carry the ball more often. Broadneck is led by QB Anthony Marino and RB Brandon Johnson, a 1,000-yard rusher. Keep an eye on K Chris Desautels, one of the area's best, who has excellent field goal range.
Directions: Beltway to Exit 19A, U.S. 50 East. Go past Annapolis and take Exit 29B, Cape St. Claire Road. Turn left on College Parkway. Turn right on Green Holly Drive. School is on right.
Douglass at Lackey
What: Maryland 3A semifinal.
When: Tomorrow, 7 p.m.
Records: Eagles 10-2, Chargers 12-0.
What to watch: The matchup in the trenches. Douglass is led by standouts Thomas Claggett and Patrick Mimms, who combined to make several plays in the backfield of the 3A East Region final victory over Gwynn Park. They will be challenged by a Lackey unit led by star junior J.B. Walton, who already has scholarship offers from Maryland, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Penn State and Syracuse.
Who to watch: The running backs. Douglass RBs Jamaine McCain and Derron Hall have combined for 1,542 yards and 18 touchdowns. All-Met Morgan Green of Lackey has been bothered by a pulled hamstring that has limited him to 13 carries for 30 yards and no touchdowns in the Chargers' past five games.
Directions: Beltway to Exit 3A, Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) South. Follow for 18 miles and turn left on Route 225 (Hawthorne Road). Go 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Route 224 (Chicamuxen Road). School will be on left.
Fort Hill at Potomac
What: Maryland 2A semifinal.
When: Saturday, 1 p.m.
Records: Sentinels 11-1, Wolverines 12-0.
What to watch: The line of scrimmage. Potomac Coach Eric Knight thinks that Fort Hill matches up as well as anyone with the Wolverines' size. That means offensive linemen Gus Parrish, Brandon Jackson, and Reggie Berry might have to do some extra work to continue dominating up front like they have this season.
Who to watch: Potomac RB Titan Trabue was in tears a few weeks ago after separating his shoulder and thinking he was out for the remainder of the season. But he proved he was back to normal by carrying 24 times for 236 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-6 victory over Friendly in the 2A South Region final.
