Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 50 percent to 80 percent of medical and dental coverage effective the first day of hire. Maternity leave is covered under short-term disability and is paid at 75 percent for up to 89 days, as medically required. There is no paternity leave. There are nine or 10 paid holidays, depending on the business unit. Employees receive 10 days of vacation or 15 days of paid time off, depending on the business unit. Employees receive five sick days. Employees may contribute to a 401(k), and the company matches from 50 to 100 percent of the first 4 percent to 5 percent or $3,000 of employee contributions depending on the business unit. Company offers military leave pay and unpaid personal leave. Company provides up to $5,000 per year in tuition reimbursement. Flexible spending plans are available: up to $3,000 for health and $5,000 for dependent care. Bonuses are awarded in most business units.
