Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 50 percent to 80 percent of medical and dental coverage effective the first day of hire. Maternity leave is covered under short-term disability and is paid at 75 percent for up to 89 days, as medically required. There is no paternity leave. There are nine or 10 paid holidays, depending on the business unit. Employees receive 10 days of vacation or 15 days of paid time off, depending on the business unit.
