Arthur, the animated aardvark from the PBS series, bids farewell (at least for now) to his buddy Buster, who's landed his own travel show. "Postcards From Buster," debuting tomorrow, cleverly mixes animation and video footage as the backpacked bunny chronicles his adventures from Boston to Boulder. Good for the wee ones -- and parents may learn something as well. Weekdays at 6 a.m. on Channel 22 and 3:30 p.m. on Channel 26.
