• Victoria Cruises is offering discounted fall sailings to celebrate its 10th year on the Yangtze River in China. Combined with D.C.--West Coast sale fares, you can get to Hawaii for about $529 round trip. Usual fares to Kona, for example, start at about $900 round trip.
